We have been with Economy Pools since 2019. In that time, our pool has been well taken care of. Joe has always been responsive and professional. He goes the extra mile to step in when they have trouble getting reliable techs (like a lot of places with COVID). Alexis in the office is also great to work with. I have been with this service for 10 years now and had very little trouble with my pool. In all that time, I have had two instances where algae went crazy and both times, they sent someone out immediately to treat the pool. This tends to happen with extremely hot, rainy weather. My only complaint is that they keep leaving information on converting from chlorine to salt water. I have had the pump need fixing a couple of times and I feel that they were prompt and reasonably priced in replacing/fixing the equipment.
