I have been with this service for 10 years now and had very little trouble with my pool. In all that time, I have had two instances where algae went crazy and both times, they sent someone out immediately to treat the pool. This tends to happen with extremely hot, rainy weather. My only complaint is that they keep leaving information on converting from chlorine to salt water. I have had the pump need fixing a couple of times and I feel that they were prompt and reasonably priced in replacing/fixing the equipment.

So far so good. Had two guys come out to help me the same day I called with an issue. Paid average price for a new pump/installation/warranty. They beat another company’s offer for service contract. Had our first service today and the man who came was nice enough to remind me to shut my gate before leaving (can only be shut from inside). This is the company the previous homeowner left us a card for. Was shocked to see such bad reviews. Will definitely update in a few months
